About Shipping
We will prepare your order within 1 to 3 business days after your order is confirmed. Orders placed on weekdays are usually processed within 1 business day, but those placed on Friday evening or during the weekend may take a little longer.
Once shipped, the order will be delivered within an estimated 8 to 12 business days. Times may vary depending on the destination.

Restocking Policy
If your order is returned for any of the following reasons:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.
- Delivery refused or rejected by the recipient.
- No response to the courier's redelivery attempts when offered.
We reserve the right to charge a 50% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund.
Note: In some cases, carriers may offer a reshipment option. If reshipment is refused or not completed within the time frame set by the carrier, the restocking fee will apply.
To avoid this, we strongly recommend that you verify your shipping information at the time of purchase and respond promptly to any delivery-related issues.
